Monthly Subscriptions

Automatic Renewal:
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically on the same calendar day each month (or the next available day if that day does not exist in the month). You will be charged for the subsequent month on the renewal date. -
Cancellation:
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by logging into your account and navigating to the “Billing” section, or by contacting our customer support at hello@crazyedge.ai.
Cancellation requests will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to our service until the end of the month for which you have already been billed. -
Refunds:
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. No prorated refunds will be issued for cancellations made after a billing cycle has started.
Annual Subscriptions

Automatic Renewal:
Annual subscriptions renew automatically on the anniversary of your subscription’s start date. You will be charged for the new annual term on this date unless you cancel prior to renewal. -
Cancellation:
To cancel an annual subscription, you must provide notice at least [30] days before the renewal date via your account’s “Billing” section or by emailing hello@crazyedge.ai.
Once your cancellation request is processed, your annual subscription will remain active until the end of the current term. Your service will not renew for the following year. -
Refunds:
Annual subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your annual subscription after the renewal period, you will not receive any refund for the remaining unused portion of your subscription.

Modification of Policy:
We reserve the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website, and your continued use of our service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
