Our products combine both humans skills/time and AI software. They are what we would call SWAS – Software With A Service. Best of both worlds.
Each product we develop and offer has a different mix of expert time and AI and this may change over time. For example with Email Edge – a human does around 60% of the work involved and the software does the rest. Whereas with Test Stack a lot more human time involvement is needed and there the mix is more like 80/20. It's simply not possible for software to automate the testing process. With Clone Watch we manage to automate 90% of the work and so the ticket price is lower.
Below we give a breakdown of each product and how much of the work is done by a human and how much is done by the AI software we have developed.
It's important to note that these values may change over time and differ depending on the site. Some setups will be simpler than others and so the below is only an estimate.

Compliance Agent has around 70% of work completed by a human and 30% by an AI agent/software helper. It’s very difficult to automate compliance checking but we are working on improving this.
Clone Watch
Clone Watch has 10% of work completed by a human and 90% by an AI agent/software helper. It’s very easy to automate this process and this is why it is out cheapest product.
Deep Audit
Deep Audit has around 60% of work completed by a human and 40% by an AI agent/software helper.
Test Stack
Test Stack has almost 80% of work completed by a human and only 20% by an AI agent/software helper. It’s very difficult to automate testing.
